Jacques Auriac

In my search for inspiration I always stumble upon names that are not yet known to me. Often I see pictures and they seem familiar to me but I can’t think of a name. The same happened to me with Jacques Auriac. A french illustrator who worked mainly in the sixties to the eighties. A truly great designer who understands the interplay of clear form, color and typography.

There is only scarce information about him on the internet. However, there is a book that is long out of print and only quite expensive to buy if you find it somewhere. Unfortunately. As a hunter of old design books I will definitely snatch one up one day!
